Depends on your body, but for me, Level 3 is killing me...however, be positive! :) I'm doing day 23 today..doing level 3..I have 7 more days..pfew.

Just completed Day 21 today doing level 3 and I feel super tired. 9 more daaays yoo hoooo... Good job FordGal..glad you're losing it! I'm not really seeing it on the scale, however, my diet is not always consistent.. :) Can't wait to finish it!

Good job Flowergirl and everyone else! My legs hurt too, some jumping squats and other jump moves in level 3 are intense..but I'll keep going 'til the end! We need to be victorious! I just ordererd Insanity, so I will start that afterwards. I hope my downstair neighbors will survive my "movements" around the house. :))

Just did day 21 today level 3. So hard but I'm hanging in there. Can definitely see a change in how I look..

I'm on day 18 now..level 3 and have been also doing 3-4-5 mile runs every other day..Not sure if the runs helped as well but the incorporation of Jillian's toned my body, especially my shoulder area and stomach. Doing Day 15 today Level 2...and have been running every day. I feel like my body has improved however the pounds are still flunctuating. Might be water weight. :)

Doing Day 15 today and starting Level 3 tomorrow for 15 days straight... Did not notice much diffence in weight either, might be water weight or too much strenuous exercise with no break as well..

I jumped into Level 2 after doing LEvel 1 twice, and I'm doing it until day 15..then I will do level 3 for 15 more days. I notice a difference in my legs and arms, but that could be because I've also been running up to 5 miles every day almost...

Today is day 10 of the 30 day shred.........ugh 1/3 completed almost..:) Day 9 was the worst..kept it at level 2 for about 6 days..my arms and butt are in pain! :)

I felt exhausted yesterday doing Day 8 Level 2 plus 3-4-5 mile runs each day....I hope I can do Day 9 today and be able to walk in the office tomorrow! :))
