  • If using fry light it's 1 cal per spray so just add calories, not the name.
  • OMG I am having the exact same issues. I can't stop scratching my arms, legs, stomach or breasts! :( I originally thought it was prickly heat but the rashes have gone and i'm left with severe itchies. I'm a scratcher too, so am ripping myself to bits! =( I tried ice packs, calomine lotion and cocoa butter moisturiser but…
  • My last straw came when I found standing up for long periods or walking even short distances became difficult. Although I think it had more to do with the fact that I spent a lot of time in my last job sat at a desk so wasn't exercising, I decided enough is enough. Also, getting divorced after my husband cheated on me with…
  • It was the same for me, I used to be able to eat 3-4 bananas a day and not feel a thing but now I can't even eat 1! =( Same with pineapples, although I had a small piece of pineapple a few days ago and didn't feel any pain. I'm not even going to attempt to eat a banana, the pain is just too much. It's been months since I…
  • Oh I wasn't eating the same before at all =) I have cut out junk and soda in favour of healthier alternatives and used to starve all day then binge at night. Not anymore =)
  • To lose 1lb, you must burn 3,500 more calories than you eat and I'm sorry to say that is just not healthy. You may lose a lot to begin with, but majority of the time it is water weight and you will plateau. Average loss is 1-2lbs a week. Be in it for the long haul, not the moment.
  • Cheese and greek yoghurt are what stops me becoming vegan. I'm ok with swapping cows milk for almond/hazelnut milk but I MUST have my cheese!
  • I love Penn State pretzels =)
  • Potato chips. Glad Walkers brought out Pops with 50% less fat =)
  • Do they taste like chicken? Everything tastes like chicken =D
  • No other fruit does it to me and pineapples only when I eat too much of them. No itchiness in my mouth or rashes either, just the stomach ache which gradually disappears along with the nausea.
  • Carbs! I'm a carb monster, especially for pizza. But I also love Mexican food, so when I get to treat time I have pizza and chips or if on holiday I have chicken enchiladas =)
  • As I struggle to reach my target calorie intake, when I do "pig out" it's only by a few hundred calories. So I think I've only ever gone over by say 3-400cals. If we can't treat ourselves then what's the point? =)
  • Thank you everyone! =)
  • I've never discussed my weight with my family/friends either. I agree though when you hope notice and give good comments about your weight loss, it is disappointing but remember you did it for you, not your family =)
  • It's very common here in the UK to have corn on pizza... Chicken and sweetcorn. Not a fan of sweetcorn myself, but a lot of people have it.
  • Everyone saying that a food is evil just because it caused you pain is naive. Of course if you go cold turkey and quit something i.e. bread/carbs for an extended period of time and then introduce it, your body will go into shock and so it will make you sick. It doesn't mean it's a bad food. Everything is good in moderation.
  • Liverpool here =)
  • I don't see this as fat shaming because it's not picking on overweight people, it's just providing healthier options. If it had photos of fat people eating a bagel with cream cheese compared to a fit/thinner person with oatmeal then yes, but I'd say this is about perception. Over-sensitive, overweight people in denial…
  • I'm 26 and currently weigh around 279. Mobility is a big issue for me too, I can't walk long distances without my back, hips and knees hurting really bad. I started doing light walks every day for 10 mins a time with my dog and the pain in my knees is fading. Try cycling to get some light exercise. Swimming is also a good…
  • Sometimes over consumption of a certain food item can make you sick, for example the ice cream on 2 nights running. Try having a break from dairy for a day or 2 a week, or use lactose free dairy products. I switched to Almond milk and my stomach aches/bowel problems went away. Make sure you drink lots of water to flush out…
  • Pineapple on pizza is also wrong... Fruit on pizza is always a no no!
  • I've been eating healthy and clean since April 2012 and I had a burger on my way home from a job interview 45 miles from my home. I instantly felt sick and bloated. I used to eat pizza, burgers, fried chicken on a daily basis too. Once I stopped, I realised what I was doing to my body and also how much money I was spending…
  • I know exactly how you feel, I'm fresh out of an awful marriage and am on a mission to improve my health, career and social life. While I was with my husband, I had no life and stayed at home all the time. Didn't see my friends, didn't go out and didn't care about my health or looks. But I'm changing all that now. Good…
  • I hate it when people say "I love my curves" when they are not curvy, they're just overweight... e.g. Gemma Collins from The Only Way Is Essex... This also annoys me... Seeing a family eating junk because it's "cheaper" than eating healthy..
  • Well, my brother eats a lot of fast food and junk and his excuse is that he just works twice as hard at the gym. He's not doing anything to benefit his health and doesn't understand the fact that healthy living is 80% nutrition, 20% fitness. People who have a bad diet and say they can burn it off at the gym annoy me.
  • Order a large pizza and say "I'll just work out twice as hard" - RAAAARRGGGHHH!!! YOU CAN'T OUT EXERCISE A BAD DIET! "I don't have time to go to the gym... Oh, yeah I'll come for a few drinks tonight!" Not wiping the sweat off the machines when done "I don't want to get bulky, so I avoid weights" People who hog machines at…
  • Main pic 2011 but others are about a month old
