Yesterday I was busy at work but better late than never! I did p90x legs and back video and ate fairly well all day. I can't seem to get enough calories without going over my allotment of sugars and fats. I guess I will keep trying to get it right! Will re-post tonight with todays workout!

Taking this 21 day challenge! Day 1 was 50 mins on the treadmill. Hoping this works. I usually can't stick to anything for more than one week so hopefully this will help!

I have p90X but only do the cardio videos. I suppose I could try adding those into my routine! I don't have a gym membership or want one! So workouts I can do at home are ideal!
