Starting is the hard part you just have to get to the gym no matter what. Once you start seeing your body change ull be more motivated to keep going and also download some good music while you workout. Good luck and keep going your doing good. Keep logging on and getting great support from these guys.

I like the post about tiger stripes but girlfriend they are here to stay. THEY may fade or get darker but will never completely go.Good luck with this one.

Water, water,water and exercise even when you don't feel like it still go for 30 minutes.

I like changing up my breakfast so I don't get bored so I usually do 1 scrambbled egg 1link sausage 1 toast with jam oatmeal with rasinins and granola protein skakes are always good I hope this helps you out you have a lot of great post to draw your decision from

Be true to yourself cheating on hurts you. Allow yourself to cheat but also plan a way to work it off during the day. If I am experiecning a sweet tooth I spend a extra five minutes on each machine at the gym that day.

Well infertility is not my case but I have two friends that suffer from PCOS. Weight loss has helped and one of my coworkers went as far as the gastic sleeve so that she can get pregnant. Even myself I remember I lost 10 pounds and boy immediately because pregnant . So there is hope eat right and work out. Good luck!

I attend at my local gym. Its a high intensity work out. I like the moves we do it makes me feel sexy. All the guys always stop by the window and peep in....lol ...I only been once because my schedule don't allow it.
