This was absolutely the best episode! You never get to see 'Dean" this way! I agree with some others thought that the suicidal teddy bear on the Chinese Wishing Well episode was pretty awesome too.

OMG my daughter and I are totally obsessed with Supernatural! My husband thinks my crush on Jensen is a little creepy! :)

I am 5'5" and the last time I weighed myself I was 131. My best advice is get rid of your scale! I obsessed over number for the longest time and would feel defeated when I didn't get to this ideal number I had in my head. Once I quit relying on the scale to tell me how I felt I have much more body confidence. I workout…

We just came back from Vegas a few days ago! You are going to love it! Play the Hangover slot machine for me!

At your height and weight why are you still trying to loose weight? I understand toning up but that isn't going to come from losing more weight but strenth training will

Congratulations to you both! Remember, marriage is like a roller coaster. Laugh and scream at the top, hold on tight during the drops and enjoy all the twists and turns along the way!

I have two young cousins (22 years old, 6 feet, 5 inches each, very athletic and built boys) that were asked to leave an all you can eat buffett. I'm guessing it wasn't the place to go after weeks of football two-a-days! :)

Stretch marks are like battle scars. Don't be ashamed of them let that negativity affect your attitude. You have worked hard and the stretch marks are part of life. I've had two kids and with my second I gained 80 pounds! After two years of my lifestyle change (exercise 6 days a week/healthy diet/positive self talk) I have…

There is a website and app call JEFit.com. You can build a workout based on body parts. It's pretty cool and very helpful.

I loved Turbo Fire! Keep going....remember your're not tired! :)

I do cardio 3 times a week and 3 days of strength training. I've done P90X several times, Turbo Fire and I'm almost finished with P90X2 and ocassionally I go running. I guess I should research more about lifting heavier weight. It just feels like where I'm going wrong is with the food. There is just so much information out…

I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 122. I'm currently stuck at 125 and not sure if I'll get to the goal weight.

It's not just about staying under your calorie goal. You can eat 5 snickers and be under your calories that doesn't make it good. The more sugar you eat, the more sugar you crave! I say you need to wean yourself off the candy everynight. If you need something chocolatey try a light or sugar free hot chocoate, or like…

Try to focus on how you feel and don't worry about the number on the scale. I know that's easier said than done but focusing on the other aspects of your new healthy life might help take some of the focus off weighting in too often. Like you said, your body weight fluctuates and you don't want the scale to make you feel…

I had to laugh at this because I had the same experience at Costco this weekend! Just like you said, as soon as you walked in the door it was skids loading with supplements, small workout equipment and dvd's! It's not just the big wholesale clubs, it's every store! I don't mind it though, I actually LOVE the big January…

If you eat the same things for dinner often be sure to save it in "My Meals" so you can just recall it when you need it. Also try to set aside time and plan menusin advance. I have a very active and busy family and it helps not only my calorie counting but our crazy schedules to have a meal plan ready. It makes grocery…

Me too! I'm just not convinced on the addition of Ashton Kutcher! Will never be the same without Charlie Sheen!

If you aren't eating enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and store fat for fuel. Make sure you are eating enough, drink lots of water! Also don't rely soley on the scale...take your measurements, they never lie!
-
You look fantastic! You should definately be pround of yourself!
-
Great way to start my morning! Thanks for posting!
-
Absolutely! I usually plan for the entire week. I always eat roughly the same things for breakfast and lunch and I plan my dinner menus a week at a time (easier with my busy family).

I agree, I think everyone is different. You have to find what works for you. Personally, I eat breakfast before I workout but I wait about an hour after eating otherwise I get sick. I've found that for me, if I don't eat before my workouts I don't have as much energy

Okay people....yes I agree if you are going to chew an entire pack of gum in a day you should probably log that but that wasn't his post. It was one piece of gum and my opinion is that you don't need to log that stick of gum. If you are strict about EVERYTHING you log and it works for you then AWESOME! I applaud anyone who…

It was important to me because it was my rant and my opinion. I didn't say anyone was going to agree or disagree just getting it off my chest.
-
Hilarious!
-
My point exactly! I was just shocked to find all the people who responded telling this guy that he absolutely needed to count the gum!

I couldn't agree more! So many people feed into the "this is the only thing that works" gimmick and then get frustrated when it doesn't work for them and they give up all together! Find what works for you and go with it! Don't worry about other people. do it for yourself and what makes you feel good!
