    1800 M,W,F and Sunday. 2200 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Unless I'm hungry, then I eat more.
    I'm 5'9" and weight 168 pounds with about 25% body fat.

    ETA: I workout with a trainer Tuesdays and Thursdays. I run M,W,F and sometimes Saturday.

    I'm 5'4" and eat between 1200-1400 calories/day. I work out (cardio + lifting) 5-6 days/week.

    Oh, am I'm 110 lbs and 21% body fat.

    I'm 5'7, 190ish pounds (haven't weighed in a while) and I'm going by my TDEE so I eat anywhere between 1700-1900 most days.

    I workout about 4-5 times a week-- cardio (running, biking, and yoga) and heavy lifting

    Upping my calories has worked wonders for me. Even when the scale doesn't move some weeks, the inches are steadily shedding! Good luck! :drinker:

    My MFP is set to 1200 - it actually states that I should eat even less than that to lose 2 lbs a week, but of course that doesn't show up on MFP, because it's not really healthy. Anyway, its initially set on 1200, BUT I only eat that few of calories on days I do absolutely nothing in way of workouts. So, I usually eat between 1400 - 1600 or more if I workout out longer. It helps me to be on an earning idea where I can be like "do I really want that dark chocolate fudge ice cream or piece of cheesecake? YESSSS!" LOL!

    I'm 5`3 and around 135. I'm currently trying 1,600 Cal's and I've been burning about 200 per workout, so I net about 1,400 a day.

    2100-2300 cal/day. im 4'8" and 116lbs at 17% body fat.

    5'10, 179 pounds, goal weight 175 pounds. I eat 2100 a day now (cut from my TDEE, so I do not eat exercise calories; they're already included in the equation). In about a month I should be at my goal weight, and then I'll increase to 2400.

    Eating 2500 a day and slowly losing (around 1/2lb a week)

    Includes all my exercise (not my net intake).
    - Active job
    - Approx 1 hr of strength training 5x a week.

    Eating more has always worked well for me. I can't handle lower calorie intakes and don't understand why I should need to if I'm losing fine on more.
  • 2100 calories. I'm 5'11 and weigh 175. I burn 400 all day erday.
  • 1,200 - 1,400. I'm 5'5 and 295lbs.

    I'm 4' 10 1/2". I eat maintenance calories everyday (1660) and my exercise calories are my deficit. It's just easier this way and I rarely feel deprived. There's no way I can do 1200 anymore.

    Im suppose to eat 1,400 but struggle to get to get 1,000 down my throat. I just cant understand it? I'm eating a carb in the morning, lots of small protein and protein snacks, lots of salad and vegs and drinking on average 4 - 6 glasses of water a day. I also do 3 x 90 min full work outs per week with a personal trainer, swim 20 laps once per week and try to walk for 1/2 an hour on the off days. I've lost 20 kilos!!! But the whole idea of eating more to get up to 1,400 caloreis is just too difficult!

    You are not going to gain weight unless you eat over ur TDEE.
    I'm 5'5 127.4lbs and I try eat close to 1530.
    I lift weights 3 days a week, do cardio 2 or 3 times a week. If I only do it twice a week, the third day is some kind of resistance training. I also do ab work twice a week. One day off.

    5ft1 and 118lbs, I do insanity 6 days a week, eat about 1500 cals a day sometimes less, sometimes a little more on weekends! Im not trying to loose weight Im trying to get shredded!

    and sometimes you want to not just be thin. You want to take it to exceptional.

    It's not always about weigh tthough. But at 122..I still didn't like my shape. By the time I got to 117..I was there.

    If you look at my vid...there I am in late July and I was about 122. I could have stopped there. It was ok.


    But I knew I was capable of getting better.

    I eat 1600-1800 calories a day. I lift weights 3x/week with High Intensity Interval traing 2-3x/week. I have not lost a lot of weight on the scale but I have lost inches and gained muscle! It was a challenge for me to increase from the standard 1200 calories. I eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. After a workout I will have a protein shake. You migHt want to open your diary so everyone can take a look and give calorie increasing suggestions.

    I'm also @ 1200 5' 5" currently 147 lost 17 since July 3rd. I have not missed a work out since then also (run bike or swim every day sometimes more then 1) I don't eat back my exercise calories also.
  • 2000 baby!!!! i weigh every single thing i eat and i try to not exceed my goal too often. i am 5'9 and weigh 147. i work out 4x a week cardio and heavy lifting!

    I'm 5'2 239 lbs. I do strength training 2x's a week and cardio 2x's a week and my trainer wants me at 1400-1500 calories a day. Sometimes I eat a little less but I try to meet her goal for me. I have lost about 2 lbs a week.
  • I'm 5'4 and around 127 lbs, I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1300 because I've been doing a lot more exercise lately and I think it will help stave off a binge.

    5'4, 100lbs, and my weekly average is 1700. I don't normally eat under 1400, and some days I eat 2000 or more.

    I am 5'6"
    I eat between 1400- 1700 calories. No less than my BMR and no more than my TDEE minus 20%. It helped break through 2 plateaus.
  • Age 54, I'm 5'2 at 190lbs, have lost 3 pounds since restart on August 8th, on Dr's diet, no more than 860 calories a day, and I don't eat back any calories, I walk 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week....not sure how the calorie intake thing works, or how food allergies fit in...but excluding many glutton products from my diet, has made me feel better and I have a hard time making myself eat all 860 calories.....

    I am 5'5" 219 pounds, started at 265
    I try to always eat my BMR 1749, I range from that all the way up to 2500 calories a day.

    I am averaging 1.5-2 pounds a week of loss.

    I lift 3 days a week and I do cardio 5 times a week.

    I forgot to add it was very important that I change my macros too. I now eat 40/35/25. I am still working on getting as close to possible to these numbers too.

    I eat between 1900-2200.... 5'8 1/2" and I weigh 151. Strength 3 times and cardio 4-5 times weekly.
