Dairy, which makes me sad because I love all things dairy. I think I may have some sort of intolerance to something else that I haven't quite pinpointed yet, because my stomach has been rebelling against me quite often lately.

I absolutely love breakfast food, but like some others have mentioned, I feel sick if I try to eat in the mornings. I usually end up eating breakfast foods for other meals. In fact, I'm planning to have some delicious french toast for dinner tonight! :)

I just jumped in and cut it out, but I've never been a fan of meat in the first place, so I only had a few foods to cut out. One of my friends recently switched, and she just replaced her favorite foods with vegetarian alternatives.

I loved going to the gym for a while, but now that the weather's nice, it took everything in me to drag myself there today. Oh well, I have weights at home and a nice trail right outside of my house to run on c:

I usually run about 3 miles, and then I do Insanity, but I know a few months ago I would never have been able to. I think it depends on how you feel, you don't want to push yourself too hard and end up injuring yourself.

I use the Nike Free Run, and they're extremely lightweight, I think they're great for running. I think it depends on what kind of workouts you do though! :)

I have to work out first thing in the morning, I feel sick if I try to work out with any amount of food in my stomach. I'm pretty sure that's just me though, my boyfriend can eat a huge meal and immediately go run 10 miles! :tongue:

I'm 18 years old. SW: 170 CW: About 150, have been avoiding the scale for a few weeks. GW: 125-130 I started out aiming for 130, but now I'm thinking I might eventually aim for about 125. I have a relatively small frame and I'm definitely pear shaped.

I was simultaneously ecstatic and depressed when The Biggest Loser ended, because although Danni won, it also meant it was over :PP When I run, I like to watch Doctor Who or The Carrie Diaries.
