I'm just wondering is it bad to do 2 separate and completely different workouts back to back. Say Insanity then and Jillian Workout. I only ask because I was planning on doing one in the am and the other in the pm, but in the pm is after work and I am sooo tired and feel like doing nothing but sitting or sleeping. I am on my feet walking around for like 5-6 hours. I am more able to give a workout my all in the am. Then again I struggle with waking up in the am to workout. Ha, I love to sleep. But it's something I'm working on.. Opinions??

I usually run about 3 miles, and then I do Insanity, but I know a few months ago I would never have been able to. I think it depends on how you feel, you don't want to push yourself too hard and end up injuring yourself.0
