I found (after several failed attempts to go get off caffine) that the best way was to mix decafinated coffee granuals with caffinated. Each time I bought a new jar of decaff coffee i'd top up the old jar and shake it up abit ...eventually you'll end up with just defcaff coffee and have not experienced the withdrawal…

I think you're different from 'those girls' ... you've got grit, perseverance and fab attitude to boot ... as have many of the MFP members that have been so determined to change their size/shape/lives whether is be larger to smaller or smaller to larger. Thanks for the inspiration :O)

I've just switched my record sheet to show the sodium levels .. I'm waaaay waaay under target on almost every day... so i'm stumped!

Thanks people :O) ... I upped my lean protein and put on the weight i'd lost last week ... arrgh! I've completely cut caffine, sweets and obvious sugars. I'm still working on reducing the sugar in processed foods. I can't digest animal fats without experiencing pain, so my fat intake is generally pretty low.
