Could you name these exercises for me please
I've just (mostly) completed this dumbell workout and tried to input the exercises into the database, only to find that some do not exist (so to speak). Does anyone know the MFP database names for them please.... i'm such a novice, i've no clue as to what they're called ...thanks x…

Why am I so hungry?
I have a minor cold at the mo ... it's playing havoc with my eating plan ...I'm continuously hungry and fighting the urge to raid the cupboards. Does anyone have ideas on how to combat this or why it's happening?
