I think my issue, despite my success over the past 2 years, continues to be my continued psychological insistence to "backload" my day.... I like to have at least 1700 kcals available prior to 6 PM (even before workout), so I can eat and drink well in the evening. I still struggle with this to this day.

It's absolutely more difficult to maintain then to lose. Besides the psychological hangups I mentioned earlier,... it's frankly, not as fun (the complements stop, there really is no "goal" per se).... My advice is simple? Wow, never thought I would get all this feedback, in all honesty I'm on a 1 pound a week loss schedule, just that it seems like more often than now, and I don't even feel like I'm depriving myself at 1500 calories a day.... sounds like I actually should be eating more!
