My 2 faves - mix plain ricotta with a bit of vanilla (or even ORANGE) extract, add a smidge of Splenda, stir and eat. I knew someone who added toasted almonds to that. I like it without. Next is similar, but add some pumpkin pie filling, canned pumpkin, whatever. Enjoy!

You know, I go for total calories and if something is logged in breakfast or lunch or dinner..... so be it. I do have a midnight cut off. Before midnight is one day, after midnight goes on the next day. Just easier to keep track of and it evens out. Also helps, I have the app that helps if you cannot get on MFP at night at…

I work nights too - and find I am most successful when I set up my meals/snacks in advance. I am lucky enough to work from home (typing) and so I put a couple bowls in the fridge and in them are some precut celery, a couple cutie oranges, couple hard boiled eggs, things like that. The Walking Company - or is it the Walking Store. They have dress/athletic/whatever you are looking for. The store folks are well trained and take their time to make sure you get the best shoe for YOU. Pricey but worth it and they last a long time. And are SOO good to your feet!
