Sorry I was too quick on it . Im looking for more high protein snacks than just the basic cottage cheese or eggs type thing . Just seeing what others do to get your protein in. I know about shakes and what not. I am told to get 60 grams a day.

In the health care we recommend eating small meals 5-6 times a day. Like every 2-3 hours have something small. Keeps your appetite in check and metabolism up. :) for example: i eat a bowel of cereal in am around 7 with a banana, then around 10 i have a greek yogurt with granola, then have lunch around noonish or so, then…

That is a normal feeling. I was scared and worried about feeling ridiculous about being there bc i am bigger. I didnt feel like any of that. Everyone is so welcoming and ages/sizes variety. I loved seeing other people like me as well. Key thing which is easier said than done (i know) is the food. Write down any questions…
