I like it! it makes me feel connected to others like were a big family, also like the Peace part,we shake hands and hug and kiss the people we know. in my case the Y is a lil more expensive but I like it better because its less intimidating,in the gym mostly people are fit ,in the Y its family oriented,my kids can go and its not intimating at all,the only bad thing is there is no sauna,I would have to travel 30 min to the Y that has sauna
