Uh, raisins! 1/4 cup is 140 calories. I was thinking like maybe 70 for a half cup. Needless to say, I'm not mindlessly popping them in my mouth.

I haven't had one in a while but I love their Chai Tea Lattes. Probably my daily allowance for fat and calories.

Good job! I knew I was doing something right when I made my hubby's birthday cake and made some banana chocolate muffins so I would eat something sweet but stay within my calorie range. I still smile thinking about NOT eating that cake :)

They are still serving grilled chicken and chicken patties and chicken "fried" steaks. Our district is serving the same things it was serving last year. They are just not giving cheese on the hamburgers, tacos or chalupas because they do count as protein. The thing is that the portions on grains (pasta and breads) were out…

You can find blackened seasoning with your other spices. It's made by Old Bay so it should be near the shrimp, crawfish boil stuff.

Fo real! Push ups are no joke. My left chesticle hurts from Satan's push ups. I want to work up to doing real ones but it's a slow process.

My legs feel like jelly but they don't hurt. But my freakin' chest is killing me! I need to get better at push ups!

I like mine with blackening seasoning and creole seasoning and a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil

I like to bring something crunchy so I don't miss the popcorn. I love white cheddar rice cakes. I think they taste better than the theater popcorn and none of the fats and calories. I also like the skinny cow candy bars.

I noticed that eating out has a lot of extra fat grams. You can't lose weight if you go over your fat for the day.

I don't have weights so until I buy some I've been using spaghetti sauce cans. I think they are a little over a pound (large cans). But honestly I would love a heavier object.

I like avocados with just lemon juice and a touch of salt. I eat them straight out of the skins. I also like cucumbers the same way. I would make a fruit salad with all of the fruit. Usually fruit salads last me 4 days and I have a little with every meal.

Off hand I would do some kinda pasta with the leeks and tomatoes, probably a tortilla soup (with baked corn tortilla chips) and a ratatouille :)

I did 7 full push ups yesterday! Usually I just do granny ones :) I can't wait to do more and have awesome guns :P

I like that mix on fish tacos. A tilapia filet with cajun seasoning baked and put into a corn tortilla and topped with the coleslaw mix and a squeeze of lime. Very good for a dinner. A stir fry is good too.

I've been making omelettes for breakfast and adding sweet potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and salsa. I also add bacon or turkey bacon for the flavor and 2% cheese. They taste great and it kinda disguises the veggies.

I've lost some of my fullness so I just wear one bra now but in the beginning I was wearing an underwire bra and a sports bra on top. The sports bra kinda squishes them down and keeps them jumping at the same rhythm and the underwire just adds support. :wink:

I usually try to map out what I'm gonna eat at restaurants so I don't make any "bad" decisions. Usually that means a kid's meal if I don't want or have the option of a salad.

I resisted a Big Red at the check out of my grocery store and I resisted the junk food aisle :) But I did partake in some yummy sushi and green tea with agave nectar when I got home.
