LOVE Cream of Wheat! I make mine tons of different ways but my go-to is with a splash of flavored creamer (so many varieties!) and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Also, it's really yummy with a dallop of pumpkin puree, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Tastes just like pumpkin pie!

I like Cream of Wheat or Cream of Rice. I make it with skim milk then add a small amount of flavored creamer and cinnamon. So delish! Also, so many variations with all of the flavored creamers out there. Plus, it's a hot cereal so it really sticks to your ribs (as my Grandma used to say) and keeps me full all the way up…

You can more accurately track your food by searching for each item individually by brand name. For instance, search for Ragu Spaghetti Sauce, then your noodles, etc. instead of just searching for spaghetti.
