Depending on how tall you are, 1000 cal a day might work for you. I'm likely not in the majority, but that's my typical daily goal. I'm also only 5'0. The way I look at it, you could eat a LOT of veggies (20 cal items) with a 1000 cal limit so it certainly doesn't mean you have to starve yourself! Good luck to you! :happy:
