Ha - I thought it sounded SO fun and went to a class at the gym that had already started and tried to just do what everyone else was. Try dried cherries too -- they are wonderful! My yummy breakfast is oatmeal with dried cherries and toasted almonds or walnuts and Splenda to sweeten.

I like Level 2 fine but really hate Level 3 - way too hard for me.

I couldn't do them well at all the first time, but within a few days, I was doing fine.

I'm in again -- started in February and have probably done most everyday for three weeks. Hard but very good. I'm doing Level 2 now -- not that Level 1 ever got easy :-)
