I lost over 50 pounds 5 years ago and gained it back and then some. I wondered the same thing. I guess I am not going to worry about it till I reach my goal again and then deal with it. I just want the weight off again and to have healthy life. That and not gain it back. ;)

I agree with this. I have had a string of days and/or weeks of bad days but I DO NOT complain if I don't lose weight. I do exercise pretty regularly though and I do log my food. I figure I get out what I put in as far as weight loss and getting in shape. It is pretty much that way with anything I do in life.
