  • That is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soooo happy that you're feeling confidence after all the self doubt. We are our own worst enemies sometimes, and it's a shame that our internal voice supresses our potential. You're rockin' it, and others are noticing. Keep doing what you're doing. :)
  • Congratulations on your successes! And thanks for sharing something so personal. You're absolutely beautiful, and it looks like you've got a sparkle in your eye that wasn't there when you were heavier. Way to go! :) Your surgery and weight loss and mental shift is an accomplishment that you should be sooooo proud of. Keep…
  • Hi, I take it every morning, for the past 10 months. I was surprised to find out I had hypothyroidism too, but looking back, the symptoms were pretty clear.......dry skin, foggy memory, brittle hair and 20 lbs weight gain in less than a year. My doc told me to take it on an empty stomach, so I take it first thing in the…
  • I agree! Speed walking is super hard, and it stretches and strengthens your shins like crazy. I did it for 2 months to get my shins in better shape.....I was previously getting shin splints all the time, and now I don't. I'm guessing it really helped, and it's not just a coincidence? HAHA. Good luck.
  • OMG. Look at that transformation!!!!!!!!!!! Holy cow you've put some hard work in! That's awesome. 120 pounds is something to be extrememly proud of. You're beautiful in all your pics, but you look confident and proud now, and so healthy! Congrats. :)
  • Oh my gosh! You're a totally different person! You must feel so amazing, and so proud. Good for you. Your husband may love it, but your heart will thank you even more. :)
  • That's so amazing. You look so different! Your face has changed so much and you look much healthier. Keep up the effort and post pics of your results! :)
  • Whoa! These are some low numbers! I'm 5'7" and when I weighed 160 lbs I was soooo lean. 150 or less would have been unhealthy. You have to consider how much muscle you carry. Maybe you could consider basing your goal weight on a goal for body fat percentage rather than anything else.
  • Congratulations on your sweet baby, and for being at home with her and breastfeeding. I have a 2 year old toddler and I am FINALLY losing some weight that I've gained in the past 2 years. I didn't gain much during my pregnancy - was only 10 pounds over pre-baby weight after she was born. I lost a little bit in the first…
