dramaqueen was the closet! I've lost42lbs (or 3 stone) which is a lot but I don't think it really shows, which is why I was curious to see what you thought! xxx

I was 154lbs and now 112. Lost 42lbs over 2 years. I don't really look much different though so I need to push myself harder and lose another 14lbs :(

Thanks Debbie, that makes sense!

Also, those pics are just bad lighting with a camera phone in a mirror - they'd be a lot more scary if taken in day light outside lol but I'm too chicken

My bra size has decreased, back down to an A cup (never had much there anyway and I am a pear shape) but I'm still a UK 12-14 on top cuz of me belly and chunky arms xo

Thank you and congrats! :)

Firstly this is my FIRST and ONLY post and all I asked is how much weight do you need to lose before it shows. Secondly, I was bullied severely for being fat and ugly - I'm not mentally ill, im hurting from nasty people like you...The only "troll" or "mentally ill" person here is you, picking on someone else to make…

I was uk 12-14 and never ever forced myself into clothes that were too small, that is just disgusting - no one wants to see that! I was/am very aware of not squeezing into things that don't fit. I just went shopping to try on smaller sizes like some of you suggested...it was awful, currently at the bus stop in tears having…

I think we all have a problem with our appearance to some extent otherwise we wouldn't be here trying to lose weight (granted some of you may be doing it for health but can you honestly say you were happy at your old weight?) - you don't have an eating disorder and neither do I. I'm just confused and upset as to why after…

I don't have an eating disorder, I eat healthy meals and occasionally treat myself to a bag of crisps or a Small chocolate bar as a special treat on the weekend - I don't believe in deprivation of treats as that's more likely to cause you to fall off the wagon and have a binge

Ok I've just taken a waist measurement and I have gained an inch since December 1st 2014 despite having lost 9lbs! I feel physically sick...I'm definitely not losing any weight here, I'm clearly losing muscle only! I distraught after all my hard work, I think I'm going to ask my doctor for his advice and see if I can join…

I came off them gradually because my dr could see how unhappy I was by the weight gain - she even prescribed me Orlestat because I had gotten so big, but I didn't take it, it's not healthy and I wanted to do things the proper way and dieting gave me something to focus on xo

Ok so I've been looking at this on the internet and some places are suggesting that I'm losing MUCSLE and not fat, hence the scales going down but still same clothes size!? God I can't believe I'm doing this lol but here are pics that I've started taking for my own reference - I took the first one in October at 121lbs (8st…

I'm most confused over the fact that the scales have gone down so much but my clothes size and body remains the same!? -154lbs and a uk size 12 and now at 112 and STILL a uk size 12. I still feel very uncomfortable and overweight. I bought a fitted sequin dress to wear in New York for New Year's Eve (I was on holiday with…

I'm 5ft 4 and I've lost it slowly over 2 years -but from jan 14 to jan 15 I lost 16lbs. I'm doing it for myself because I hate myself and I thought by losing this amount it would have started to notice. It would have been nice to have some encouraging comments from my family, but they say I look the same. I need to push…

Hey I'll be your weight loss buddy! I don't have anyone to support or encourage me either and it would definitely help! Anyone is welcome to add me too :)

:) :) I always rated myself as a 1...maybe 2 if I was drunk haha but using YOUR scale, I rate myself as a 3 :) going up in the world! But how do you know if someone is out of you're league? If I was in a pub, would I have to look around and see who I thought was also "a 3" before I approached them?
