Thank you all! I had a great visit with my family and now it's time to get back to the schedule I was on before and get the weight off.

Yes, I do feel bloated so I hope some of it is water weight. I am trying to remind my self how good I felt when I was walking everyday, drinking my water and putting good food in my body.

Took me about a month of 4 days a week treadmill. Don't give up!

Thank you for all the advise...I think out of sight out of mind will help and the basement. I hardly go down to the basement so I think I will have to keep it down there. Hiking up and down the stairs for a treat doesn't sound like much fun just for one treat.

I think I might have to up my calories. I thought maybe my body was just adjusting to the new calorie in take but it's happening everyday. I am not on any meds for it but I do get my blood glucose checked by my dr every 3 months.
