Uh, been a hard week

Been a hard week and I would start out good and put in my calories then by lunch it was all down hill. No excersize this week either. Going to start fresh tomorrow but I am dreading what the scale will say on Monday when I weigh.

  • Don't weigh yourself then lovely, it's totally not worth it. Give it a week back on track, then weigh yourself!

    I agree! I find i get discouraged when I know that I messed up so i make it up the week after, then check the scale :)

    I've been there this week, too. Today was better, mainly because I was too busy to over eat :tongue: I jumped on the elliptical tonight after even though I really, really didn't want to. Back at it! Weekends are my toughest. Going to make the best choices possible!

    give your self a break. Adding guilt to a stressfull week wont change a thing. so smile~its Friday!!!!!!.
    .I had another loooong week too . I did managed to eat right but no workouts. Just couldn't hit the treadmill at midnight again this week so i chose sleep. The scale will be there next week...we will meet up then.
    I for one am skipping the serving of guilt and taking comfort in the classic old line ..."after all~tomorrow is another day'...katie scarlett ohara :)
