I did hip hop abs.....seems slow and like you don't get much of a workout intensitywise......but it's cheesy and fun....I had good results and burns good calories....IDK what JCore is so I can't speak on that. Also I did hip hop abs right after insanity so that's why I said it seemed slow.

I make my shakes and put them in the freezer for a little bit of time, but haven't put them in there for long.

FAGE is my ultimate favorite but it's a little expensive. Another one similar to Fage is Simple Truth greek yogurt from Dillion's/Baker's. I also get Chobani, Dannon Light and Fit, and Oikos!:) They are all good, but Fage is my favorite. I am obsessed with greek yogurt!

I did insanity a few months ago and am on week 6 of brazil butt lift!! I think they are both worth it. I also did (and am still doing) ChaLEAN extreme and I love love it!!

I have read to eat about 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Like split your calories up about evenly for each meal. I have also heard to eat the denser foods earlier in the day, but that it doesn't matter as much.

totally agree!! I have the same issue!! If you feel better, can do things easier, and clothes fit better then you are doing it right!!! I did insanity and didn't lose much weight but the change in my body and workouts was amazing!! Have you lost inches? Message me if you want to check?

hey hey! I don't get notifications on posts so I thought I would message you! How often do you weight yourself? It could easily be water or sodium or even sugar....how did you decide on teh 1200 calorie goal? Are you watching protein, carbs, fat? Do you take any supplements/vitamins?

Planning it out is great!! Maybe try getting lots of fruit and making fruit salads to ease your hunger.....or greek yogurt? I don't eat back any of my calories either....unless I burn over 500 then I like 100 of them or less.
