Raw honey + cinnamon
That's all I've got... but I'd like to see other ideas0 -
I got the small container of Dannon Oikos Plain yogurt and I put one teaspoon of the dry mix hidden valley ranch dressing in it. I used Special K multi grain crackers (since you can have 27!!) but also good with veggies too!
A friend just told me about this and I tried it today and it was pretty awesome!0 -
blueberries, strawberries, almonds, protein powder (chocolate, cake batter, orange cream and vanilla), peaches, ground flax seed0

I add granola from the bulk sections at stores. There are so many varieties and flavors to choose from and always try to look at the nutrition labels for the highest protein.0
-
My fav is 1 packet stevia and 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract! I wanna try it with other extracts too!0

Also I made this last week. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/12/loaded-baked-sweet-potato.html
I liked the idea of adding taco seasoning to Greek yogurt instead of using sour cream.0 -
My fave is raw honey with crushed walnuts.0

I like to add one of those "stevia in the raw" packets and some fresh fruit (usually blueberries r strawberries). I also like to throw in some flax seeds if I remember to.0

if i am eating is as yogurt, then honey, chocolate protein powder (a healthier chocolate pudding! lol), fresh fruit.
i like to cook with it as well.
i made a spinach artichoke dip and instead of mayo, used greek yogurt.
also a ranch dip instead of sour cream, greek yogurt. and french onion dip same used greek yogurt.
pretty much in place of sour cream, if i make a strogonoff sauce i use yogurt instead, and i will also use it on tacos or something.
it does work pretty well as a sub for mayo in recipes. you can even mix in some spices with it and use it on a sammich :]
it makes a good dip with fresh fruit if you add some honey in, a very tasty dessert :]0 -
Ice cream!0

raw honey and kashi go lean crisp cereal0

Hands down peanut butter! If I am running low on calories for the day I use PB2. I usually add a few drops of stevia. Also cinnamon alone, or with the peanut butter is great. This is my nightly snack, I am addicted!0

fruit or nuts. Lately my thing has been pineapple or peaches...0

Most of the time I eat it plain.... when I don't...
Strawberry/Banana puree (especially fantastic frozen in a pop mold)
Honey
Pomegranate
Something I thought about when my sister was making baby food that I never thought of before if you pureed fruit and froze it in a ice cube try it would be rocking yogurt topping (and for that matter oatmeal) it would always be on hand in an instant and way cheaper than individual cups you buy in the store with way less sugar.0 -
Sugar free cheesecake pudding or PB0
