  • I really enjoy kickboxing! If you have neflix they have a video on there you can use or Jillian Michaels makes a epic kickboxing dvd! And kickboxing burns tons of calories!
  • It also gets super hot where I live then again its texas and I'm used to it but what I would suggest is using some videos. My apt has a nice gym so I go there but I also do different videos like kickboxing or anything Jillian Michaels will get you sweating! Theres also things on you tube and SWIMMING IS ALSO VERY NICE

  • I don't normally go to the gym. I've been working out at home doing different dvds or going to a park and jogging but when I do get into the gym mode I usually always do 30 to 45 mins of cardio on a elliptical or 30-45 on treadmill with the highest incline usually at a 3.5 speed.   • Why not go to a spa and get a massage? or shopping nothing like retail therapy, or go to a park! Have yourself a me day!! I always go to a shopping center that has a bookstore and Bath and Body works nearby and get some body products and sit in the bookstore and read for a couple of hours. Sometimes I even see a movie!!
