Well done for admitting it! I used to do that with chocolate, I would buy some and stash it in the freezer and then when everyone went to bed I would go and eat it so no one would know. Its not right, you shouldn't feel ashamed about eating bread if its something you enjoy. Obviously you can't eat an entire loaf everyday…

Roasted baby carrots! They taste just like sweet potato fries except you don't have to cut or peel them. Just put them in a roasting tin, little bit of olive oil and roast in 400F oven for about 30mins turning once yummy!

A tall iced coffee is the best with a little soy milk. But make sure to ask for it without the sweetener otherwise you're just adding unnecessary sugars/carbs.
