I tend to drink less water then I should. I feel like 8 cups is a lot in one day and would be going to the bathroom a lot. I have a large water bottle that holds roughly 4 cups that I try to drink each day. I never thought I would say this but I LOVE peanut butter toast, I have it for breakfast every morning with some fruit, either banana, an apple or fresh strawberries. Only 220 calories for 2 pieces of toast ^.^ plus I find it to be filling when combined with fruits.

I'm not a fan of vegetables either, but I find carrots bearable to eat at times. Just eat veggies that you may find a little appealing. Anything is better then nothing!
