Tracking my Exercise?

Hello,
My name is Rachel, I just started myfitnesspal on Tuesday, June 12th.
I have lost 2.8 pounds so far :)

Question:
I recently did Jillian's ripped in 30 (level 1) and I'm wondering how I can log this in my exercise?
Note : The tape features a 3-2-1 system ** (3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs) ** x3

Any Suggestions?

    Probably "circuit training"

    I used to log it as circuit training and it was pretty close to my HRM.

    Btw, welcome and keep up the good work! Your off to a great start.
