I noticed when we were talking basically the 31 day cleanse included clean foods and minimal carbohydrate or low carbs. I can do that by myself. Now I just have to figure out what supplements I would need.

A bag of lays, four swiss roll packages, and 3-4 full meals with seconds was an average day for me. Stuffed my face fat I did. *sigh* I love food. Plus I quit smoking.

Honey that happened to me 3 times in 3 weeks....(being asked if I was pregnant/when I was due). It sucks!

When I did atkins 12 years ago I did the same thing I stayed at or under 20 net a day. I did however add potato's when I wanted within reason and had a cheat day where I had maybe 40 or 50 net carbs but I was real strict on the diet and lost 60 lbs pretty darn fast.

In the beginning of summer I tried on last summer's shorts, I couldn't get them over my thighs. I put them on easily and buttoned them this morning. They still don't fit nicely but it's a great start. Soooo happy!

I really want to try this again but my back is giving me MAJOR issues here lately wish I knew why :(. I'm lucky I can walk, it's actually painful but I still do it. Please update results would love to see/hear them!

This was a very big part in my weight gain, but I would have fourth meal AND snacks. I just had to set my mind to it and it was hard the first few days but became a habit to NOT eat at night. For me that meant after seven unless I walk that night then I come home and eat a banana and that really fills me up.

For me when I was younger I could drop ten the first week and an additional ten the second then the loss would slow down. I could only DREAM of that now. I really have to look at it as if any loss is a good loss, even if I don't lose, I'm not gaining. I go through spurts where I lose well and steady and then slow down.…
