try googling the DVD and see if it has a calorie count online.... As far as HRM are concerned it's the best way to track your calories burned. I just got one for Christmas. My hubby found it on sale at Best Buy. It is the polar FT4. It was under $100.

Have protein with every meal and load up on water. Have three healthy snacks in between ur meals (one snack mid morning, one mid afternoon and one at least 1 1/2 before going to bed). Take a look at other's diary and see what they are eating to get some ideas as well.

Focus on u.. Ur goals, ur journey. With everyday u work out u get better, stronger. I'm at a gym where there is no judgement (Planet Fitness) and I love it. Raise your head high and get moving. I focus on doing cardio for atleast 45 minutes. I hate the bike but at least do 15 minutes, I do the elliptical, arch trainer and treadmill. I was doing couch to c2k and C2k5 on the treadmill. I am now running on it 15 minutes straight and trying to improve with longer time each day. I do sit-ups, squats and strengh…

I weigh myself everyday just to keep myself accountable and to see how food is affecting me. I'm at a stand still right now. I haven't loss any weight in the past two weeks. Still pushing forward. I go to the gym everyday.
