He does have some muscle, from playing a lot of sports for years. But he can't lift anymore. Also, since he is big boned 170 would just look scary on him.

Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fastfix DVD. I love it. There's 3 different workouts for arms, legs, and abs. Each 20 mins long. I burn around 260-300 for each one. I highly recommend it!

Every year I get at least 8 in. cut off my hair and donate it to kids who have lost their hair. But I'd probably do something more extreme than that for a charity, it's always worth it. :)
