P.S I started losing weight in January 2012 (joined MFP in June) and lost 72 pounds in 2012. so far in 2013 I've lost 10 pounds. So it took me 15 months to lose 82 pounds. Now I'm not saying you can't lose 100 pounds in 9 months! It's just not realistic.

While I think it's doable, I don't think it's realistic. Even if you lose 2 pounds a week, you probably will not lose anything during the week of your period. So at most you'll lose 6 pounds a month...that's 54 pounds in 9 months. I think that's realistic. Give yourself plenty of time to lose the 100 pounds, don't stress…

You have got to learn how to control yourself. The key to losing weight is not controlling others, but controlling yourself. Once you understand that you are in control of what you put in your mouth, you will no longer feel helpless at the sight of junk food.

It does seem discouraging at first, but then you start to lose weight and it just snowballs every month. Of course there are times of little to no weight loss that will happen but overall if you do what you're supposed to do the weight just keeps going down. No you can't spot reduce, you have to lose weight overall. Think of it like a pool of water. If you take a bucket of water from one end of the pool, does that area of the pool go down? No, the water in the entire pool evens out.

I would say it is likely you are overestimating your exercise and underestimating your food. 1500 is a good day, but it is several hundred calories less than what a typical woman at a healthy weight needs to maintain a nice, slender, healthy weight.
