      Nice work.

      Do you know your body fat and weight of when you started?

      And current?

      I started at 210lbs, body fat no idea. I always thought I was 18-20% (LOL). After losing the weight, I would guess high 20s to 30% body fat at the start.

      Now I am 172 and would guess in the 12% area.

      Never had it tested, but it would have been an interesting data point to have.

      This is me April 2013 @ 172 lbs. I have never been this lean.

      Impressive work. I can see you did lots of lifting. And the time traveling into the future is awesome too!
