I also get that way.. The extra pounds you see are probably from the extra water weight that we females "gain" during that T.O.M... YES!! It can be frustrating.. But remember you will lose that extra pound or two you see once that time is over with.. Happy Losing!!

I am 5'9 and at 196lbs between a size 12/14 and xlarge/large shirts. It all depends on the style of the clothing for me.
