so regards to fat content etc, should they be deemed the same as chocolate bars in the fact i should only eat within my limit, and not over exceeding any fat content etc?

Would avocados hinder my weight loss then? seeing as theyre high in saturated fats?

Fry them with a tiny bit of olive oil, some salt and pepper and serve on toast or Riveta.. Delish!!

I'd say share bags of crisps, and large bars of chocolate! I'd eat a whole bag/bar as a snak BEFORE dinner. Looking back on that, I'm disgusted.
