I have not taken that, but I did have PCOS for many many years and the only thing I have found to help dramatically is eating a very low carb high fat diet. :) Just thought I would mention because I wish I would have know about KETO years and years ago.

I have PCOS, / had PCOS. As soon as I started eating KETO, periods regular. Its been amazing. Carbs for me really mess with my Insulin. This for me was a very direct route to fixing the problem.

I personally LOVE LOVE LOVE Bodybuilding.com - the Lee Labrada's LeanBody 12-Week Daily Trainer Program. No Supersets which I dig cause sometimes you just cant. I had HUGE success on this plan, never spend more than an hour in the gym. Its awesome.

My short term goal today is to NOT eat any garbage food they will certainly have out here at work, eat per my plan and get my abs and some butt exercise done at lunch ;)

we do Zumba routines from Youtube on the TV, they are short 4 minute exercise routines, and you can do as little or as many as you want, but Just Dance on the Wii has us battling it out and adds a bit more competition with the star levels. We Even make it funny by picking each others songs, so he tries to pick the hardest…

For me, Im up at 4 am, I have to get out of bed immediately, and remember that, ya, I don't want to do it now, but the gym is empty and I don't have to wait for anything. I took time off my 4km run. I worked out each day this week , EVEN when I didn't want to. I maintained focus of my goals. I lost weight this week, even though I refuse to give up cream and sugar in my first cup of coffee in the morning.

when I was 130 lbs at 5'5 I was down right skinny. Not sure I want that look. I have been lifting heavy and have a lot of muscle in my legs. Im thinking about 140 lbs will be about right. I look great at 160lbs though, but still losing.
