I became lactose intolerant when I was 17 which is the WORST because cheese was my favorite. I don't avoid it as much as I should now though :(

I'm exactly the same. My problem is all or nothing. Once I start with the fatty carbs I can't stop. It's like my brain is convinced that it will NEVER get to eat again so I eat 40x what I normally would. This week has been bad and I don't know how to turn it off right now.

I am starting around 136 and by November I want to be completely under 130 (this includes end of day weigh ins/post-drinking weigh ins etc.) I am going to dance/workout 3-5x per week and hopefully lose 1-2 lbs per week!
