Dude, WAIT I went from 217 to 167lbs and a 37" waist to 30/31" waist and XL Shirt to S/M. I purchased clothes at 170 pounds, 32" waist but as I continued to do sit-ups and exercise my waist continued to shrink by at least one size. Now many of my 32" pants are one size to large, but now stuck with them. Just some advice

I work out 5 to 6 days a week and have on average 210 - 250 grams of protien a day. Don't worry about protien if you are working out and want to build some muscle.
