Ripped in 30 is really good! I dont know what DVD exactly got me my six pack...but i do know that I have been using a variation of just her DVDs...nothing else. The variation of DVDs that i was using was~ extreme shed and shred, ripped in 30, no more trouble zones, and 30 day shred. They all work well but i couldnt say FOR…

For my diet plan, I use the WW routine, but I am not signed up for it. Basically, I go by eating my 'points' for the day which I only have about 20 points in a day. But I use MFP for exercise, updating all my friends with weigh loss, the great motivation everyone give you, etc...:)

OK! Thanks guys...I have done a lot of differnt Jillian Michaels workout DVDs (currently on the 30DS) and she does include a lot of squats and lugnes, etc...Im just so SICK of these big mamas of mine!!! lol..serious. its so gross.:(

I just decided to do Level 1 2 and 3 each for 10 days cuz i figured it out that since there are 3 levels...and 30 days to do it...that means equally it would be 10 days each for the three levels.

all og her dvds are very good and gets you results! I have extrme shed and shred, ripped in 30, and no more trouble zones that i defintly recomend to yoU! They are all very good and got me my six pack!!! Only problem is i have a little tiny extra fat on my stomach that hides it!!!!:(

Its best to leave at least a day of rest...i have Sundays my resting days. :) But thats it...im very strict about my working out!!!!!:)

exact same way i feel! I am just trying to get the body i CAN get...not someone elses. Of course i would LOVE to have a celebrities body...but defintely very dissapointing when you lose a bunch of weight, youre fit and tone and in yet you dont look like the celebrity you were aiming for.

Definitely would be the repitions!!!! I'll do workout DVDs too, and thats when the repitions come in badly!!!!!!! Thankfully with Jillian Michaels, she always seems to get you excited to do her workouts - repitions or not - !
