If its homemade Im sure it doesnt have that much fat.. cant you have it with no bread? I think it's better than porridge. Plus if it's 7.30pm already it';s better you stick to more protein and less carbs.

Exaaacctlyyy! I cant control myself when I meet for dinner with friends on Fridays, lunch with my dad on Sat, dinner with friends again on Sat. night.. and so on.. Plus I do enjoy it!!! Your zig zagging method seems something I could try!! great idea!! thanks! :)

You can try other healthy snacks not to get bored such as: - Non fat yoghurt or cottage cheese mixed with chocolate/vanilla powder protein and chopped strawberries.
