congrats! and keep up the good work. I had irregular period for as long as i can remember (every 2 to 3 months).. I lost the weight and it has really helped. I kinda miss going that long without a period, but I know that I am healthier having it every month... ya know what I mean. congrats again!

warm up 3.0mph walking 4.0mph. and running 5.2mph. I'm hoping to be able to bump up my run speed after I complete the couch to 5k. I'm on week 8 right now, so next week I will have completed it! yay me!

Every now and again I eat the spoon size shredded wheat original.. It's got 0 salt and 0 sugar. And it's actually really good! I eat it with a 1/2 cup plain lowfat soy milk. It's good!

Turkey bacon usually has more sodium than regular and they have practically the same amount of cals. I used turkey bacon forever until I discovered this. Might as well go with the real stuff on an inconsistent basis.

310 calories is not bad for a salad. I have found the most delicious salad dressing are from Bolthouse Farms. Any of their dressing are so delish!! Sounds like you may want to get kitchen scale and start weighing your foods. That's what I did. :)

I've been making my own oat flour. Just stick it in a food processor and process, sift through a sifter and bam! You've got oat flour that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg!

it's probably the dairy in your diet. I quit watching my sugar because I was going over, but most of it was coming from dairy (lactose) which is good sugar. But when I want to sweeten something up, I use artificial sugar. Good luck with your journey!
