  • #1 cheat meal would have to be breakfast. Thing is with doing it at breakfast is it sets me up for the cheat day.. But if you do the breakfast right, you won't be hungry til dinner.

  • cut the butter out.. I use other stuff. like if I want butter on my toast, I spray a little of the Pam Butter flavor spray (0 cals with butter flavor!) on it and put SF jelly on it.   • how often are you weighing yourself? Try only doing it once a week. And if anything, just keep doing what you are doing. You should at least be feeling better physically and mentally if you are doing all the right stuff.. That should be a part of your goal too. Keep going.

  • congrats! and keep up the good work. I had irregular period for as long as i can remember (every 2 to 3 months).. I lost the weight and it has really helped.
