  • I find with the Dark Chocolate. I get full fast.... I buy the 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips .. and 16 of them have like 8 carbs and 60 Calories... and literally you CANT really eat more then that... dark chocolate makes me full faster.. HOWEVER if i ate a snickers.. i could have 2 of those.. lol!!!
  • I tried it yesterday.... zero stomach issues.. ( i mean i just had a 1/4 cup cooked and cooled white rice to test )... and i did it right after the gym... so maybe that was like 10 carbs...   • I might try it. just because of the Thyroid issue and work out alot ( everyday ) . so I probobly would do better with 1/4 cup rice then if i added fruit.... that makes sense.. much rice do you eat? do you wash it first? I have Jasmine Long Grain Rice.. not sure if that would work... This forum is really amazing.. I love it…

  • I am the fixing metabolism phase at this point in life.... because after 20+ years of calorie restriction i am pretty sure my metabolism is ruined... and although i have LOST ALL the weight restricting my calories..... its just not fun to maintain anymore... and every year its like LESS calories for the same weight......…

I mean i think its good enough that you are not gaining and you are healthy..... but it must be frustrating.... its not like putting back unhealthy food will help... and calorie restricting did not help…
