I try not to eat all of it back, but its consoling to know that I have some extra calories left which were not consumed. Plus it makes me feel less bad when I go above the calorie goal...cos i know that the exercise has given me some extra. Try to maintain within your calorie goal if you are serious about losing weight.…

Thanks...it really did. I am 5´4 and weigh 137lb, I want to get to 129lb, which is my ideal weight, so I will have to keep on pushing.

I have started exercising..I do Tae Bo 3 to 4 times a week...and also walking and jogging about twice a week...still not seeing the results. I joined MFP a couple of weeks ago...it has helped so many people, I hope I get to be on that list. I have accepted ur friends request...thx.

I trust the digital scale, but I find the lbs scale is more accurate than the kg digital scale. There sometimes is a fluctuation, but is is often less than 1lbs, which is about 0.45kgs. 4 Kgs is 8.8Lbs, it is too much a fluatuation. Get a Lbs digital scale.
