My daughter has one for her wrist and then bought one that goes around her chest. She loves the chest one because it tells her calories burned during the day at work. Such good advise! My best advise was/is if you feel that you failed with the food- drink LOTs of water and wait a day or two before you step on the scale.

I love hair color! I use Revelon ($3.38) and alternate in the golden blonds/ash blonds or lightest blond as my color of choice.
