I suppose you could wear it all day to get a baseline, but u couldn't add it to exercise on MFP, as MFP gas already taken off some for day to day calories burned. :)

I recommend going with what your body tells you. If your hungry, eat some exercise calories, if your not, don't force yourself. I dont eat all my exercise calories, incase I overestimated. Your body reacts well if you vary ur calorie intake. So eating your calories back somedays, and not others, keeps your metabolism on…

stick to red sauces with chicken, plenty of veg. no white sauces. Thats the easiest tip :)

I have wii active.... That's the ea one isn't it?? I've moved house so I've to find all my wii parts and set back up with new tv so bear with me :) I would love to add u on it, as I havnt tried that before!

Protein fills you for longer, but lasts longer. Maybe eat something rich i protein a couple of hours before you workout, you will crave carbs after it. Count me in :) On another site, we listed everyone thats doing the challenge, with the amount they want to loose. Then weekly we would repost the list, adding the weightloss for each person for that week. Its really easy to see everyones progress that way, if your up for doing that??
