Never EVER ask if they are pregnant. It's up to them to tell you. If they're not pregnant, you've just called them fat and hurt their feelings terribly. It's not worth it. (And yep, this has happened to me in the past.)

I didn't know there was a 10k at the zoo! That sounds like a lot of fun. I'll look into doing it myself. As for how long to not hate it... Once I saw results probably. Once I could feel my lung capacity go up and my muscles get stronger. Probably roughly a month or so?

If you're having issues, try out COVERGIRL's Clump Crusher. I can't believe how much that stuff DOESN'T clump up on me. It's actually kind of astounding.

Total necro, but there aren't a whole heck of a lot of makeup posts around this place! Who else bought UD's Naked 3? :D I'm still waiting on my blasted Sephora order to be delivered from when I went crazy and stayed up till midnight to order it when Sephora launched it.

-20 C (~ -5F) is about when I'll stop. Generally because if it gets that cold, the wind is pretty bad here in Toronto.

I always stick by the saying "if it means enough to you, you'll find time to do it. If it doesn't, then you'll make excuses." I work full time and exercise every single day. 3 days a week I lift weights at the gym. 1 day a week I do gymnastics. 2 days a week I play soccer. And I also try to run twice a week. Lately I've…

Hummus of any kind. Doritos Sweet Chili Heat (the big bags!)

At 196 I was a 38D. I'm now 149 and a 36D. Not a lot of change for me.

I also recently had two wisdom teeth removed and was also instructed no serious cardiovascular exercise for 5-7 days. I go to the gym/workout 6 days or so a week so it was a bit unpleasant, but you can still go for long walks if you just feel the need to stretch your legs or get some kind of exercise. But don't do anything…

I'm aiming to be 145 pounds by Christmas, which is four more pounds away for me!

Once I hit over 100 pound squats, my knees have started crackling. I find it utterly disgusting and really off putting but if it doesn't hurt then there's no problem.

These kinds of topics drive me crazy. There is NOTHING in birth control to make you gain weight. You've only gained weight by giving in to cravings - don't blame birth control for that. And 800 calories isn't enough. Flat out. Eat more.

Age: 30 Height: 5'3" SW: 196 CW: 153 GW: 140 Currently trying to eat around 1600 calories daily.

I've gone through this very recently. I dropped about 10 pounds in a month (mid-Jan to mid-Feb of this year). The weight stayed off, but it wasn't healthy. Try to avoid any kind of exercise that is overly strenuous. I tried running while consuming less than 400 calories a day and I just about passed out a few times.…

I mostly do it all for myself to see how strong I'll become. But I do like eye candy/inspirational posts, so I visit Funeral For My Fat on a daily basis: http://funeralformyfat.tumblr.com/

I have this on the elliptical. I think it's attributed to the fact that your feet as stuck butting up against the toe curve and your foot keeps pretty much flat the entire time.

Could it just be the kind of protein powder you're using? I got lucky and really loved the first one I bought. However, I've heard horrible experiences of people being totally revolted by the ones they've bought.

Working out in a bra is one of my goals as well. Congrats to you for doing it! That's awesome!

5'3", 152 pounds, wearing a size 10 that's getting on the baggy side.

I average it out over a week instead of doing the "up and down" thing with the calories. My personal daily goal is 1650 and that's with an anticipated weight loss of 1 pound a week. (This accommodates for rest days and for high activity days. I exercise roughly 5-6 days a week.) Edited to add: I'm 5"3" and currently weigh…

I use Bodylogix's Natural Whey in Vanilla Bean. Tastes actually quite good just with water and to be honest... it smells just like animal crackers!

You look phenomenal. Cannot believe how much that stomach has pulled in. Good job!

It's their own insecurities acting up is all. They're trying to cover for the fact that they feel uncomfortable with their own weight.

I'm actually quite appreciative of men who wear some kind of body odour masking scent at the gym. It sure beats out the ones who don't even wear deodorant (or the ones who sweat through it). I'd much rather get a whiff of a nice scent (EVEN if it's not to my taste) rather than someone's stench as I run past them (or they…

Totally thought this was about Ventrilo at first.

Totally depends on how much you exercise.

You're definitely not the only one. 44 pounds down and I am FROZEN ALL THE TIME. And it's not like I'm undereating - I consistently eat between 1600 to 2000 calories a day and I'm still bloody cold!
-
Eat more. You're not consuming enough.
-
Actually yeah, you would.
