Curious how many calories you ladies eat per day? Also, do you eat back your exercise calories? I am 5'8 and eat 1800.... I am breastfeeding which uses about 500 calories a day so I try to get between 1500 - 2000. I'm losing weight slowly so I feel like this an ok number for me.

1450 on a "couch potato" day, 2200 on a super active day. But generally around 1800 to 1900. I'm 5'1'0

1600 when I'm not active, 1900 when I am. I'm also 5'8".0

In maintenance on workout day 2300, rest day 1800-19000

Not enough. Rest days I aim for 1500, workout days 2200 - 3000. Seldom to I meet my goals though . I have a bad habit of coffee for breakfast and skipping dinner.0

I gross between 2000-3000, depending on that day's workout. Net 1600-1800.
ETA: I'm 5'7", lifting heavy and training for a half marathon, so very active.0 -

1350 non-exercise day, 1400-1700 exercise day (if I'm hungry, I'll eat my exercise cals back, if not... then I don't! but I usually only burn about 300-400 calories on exercise days anyway).
ETA: 5'4", ~170 lbs0 -
about 1500-18000

1600-ish on rest days, 1800-2000 on exercise days. I'm 5'4".0

I'm 5'8" and kickbox as exercise. I eat between 1800-1900 a day and don't eat the exercise calories back. I have been losing about a pound a week.0

1580 plus whatever calories I burn that day.
I used to be on 1440 but I find that the 140 calorie increase really helped me feel satisfied and I'm still losing at the same pace!
ETA: I'm 5'7"0 -
My MFP goal is 1330. I go up to 1500 if I exercise. (I don't so super-strenuous workouts.) I'm 5'5" and 209 lbs.0

I average it out over a week instead of doing the "up and down" thing with the calories. My personal daily goal is 1650 and that's with an anticipated weight loss of 1 pound a week. (This accommodates for rest days and for high activity days. I exercise roughly 5-6 days a week.)
Edited to add: I'm 5"3" and currently weigh 151.0 -
1504 and YES, every single one of the calories I burn.0

Are you considering upping your calories? I would...
I'm 5' 0" and I eat about 2000 cals per day. Desk job + heavy lifting.0 -
2000 on a martial arts day, 1700 on a jogging day and 1500 on a lazy day.0
-
1620, eating back 3/4 of my exercise calories.0

I'm set to lose .5 pounds per week because I'm breast feeding. At my height and current weight that puts me just under 1800 calories a day. I log the amount of milk I pump, which is about 60oz a day, ad that means I need an extra 1200 or so calories. I'm not currently exercising, but when I do, I eat my exercise calories. I have a really hard time meeting my goal with the extra calories though. I generally net around 1300-1400 calories.0

12000

ok...so I'm VERY NEW to dieting and I'm apparently clueless to what I'm suppose to be doing but how can you eat so many calories and still lose weight? I thought you ate less calories=weight loss? I workout out guaranteed for 30 minutes of the 30DS and i try to jog/run/walk at least 2x/week. My calorie goal is 1100. Is that right?0

5'1" and eat 1800-2200 depending on workouts and losing steadily.0

My doctor has instructed me to be a complete couch potato, so I average between 1200-1500 calories a day. I'm 5'7" and 28 yrs.0
