1500 and I lose .75-1lb/week (I'm pretty lazy so my TDEE is 1900ish)0

I aim for 1200 to 1500. depending on if I am working out or not. I give myself a free day so on date nday with hubby I wont be a sad buzzkill and paranoid.. lol.0

1700 usually. I have a Fitbit but I am pretty Sedentary aside from step based activities. On a good day, I may be able to eat around 2,000 cals when eating back Fitbit Adjustments.0
